• 2 persons in a shared room with breakfast but only 1 conference fee – €490.00
  If you bring another person who doesn't participate in the conference, but who you want to share your room with, then this is the extra cost. This option covers 1 shared room with breakfast for 2 persons, and the conference fee for 1 person.

  Friday conference day tickets (including conference proceedings, lunch and dinner). Registration can be cancelled until December 17th, 2023 after which it's nonrefundable.
• Day ticket: Thursday conference – €55.00
  Thursday conference day tickets (including conference proceedings, lunch and dinner). Registration can be cancelled until December 17th, 2023 after which it's nonrefundable.
• Day ticket: Wednesday conference – €55.00
  Wednesday conference day ticket (including conference proceedings and dinner). Registration can be cancelled until December 17th, 2023 after which it's nonrefundable.
• Full single occupancy – €450.00
  All inclusive single bed ticket (includes: bed and breakfast at hotel, conference fee and lunch and dinner). Registration can be cancelled until November 10th, 2023 after which it's nonrefundable.
• Full single occupancy (registration from November 11th) – €550.00
  All inclusive single bed ticket (includes: bed and breakfast at hotel, conference fee and lunch and dinner). The registration is nonrefundable. The price will be adjusted according the current hotel price when late registration opens.
• Full twin occupancy – €340.00
  All inclusive twin bed ticket (includes: bed and breakfast at hotel, conference fee and lunch and dinner) - 350 euro per person. Registration can be cancelled until November 10th, 2023 after which it's nonrefundable.
  If you agree to share a twin with a specific person then add her/him as a guest on this registration. If you don't add a guest another participant (of the same sex) will be added to the room. If you have questions please email garethcrispin@hotmail.co.uk.
• Full without hotel – €160.00
  Conference ticket without hotel (includes all conference proceedings, refreshments, lunch and dinner each day). Registration can be cancelled until December 17th, 2023 after which it's nonrefundable.
• Online participation – €45.00
  The online stream is limited to the main room. So you will be able to join the keynotes and those papers being presented there. The online stream will last the whole conference (but only the main hall).
